Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology
Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology (DMIT) is a paramedical program that equips students with theoretical knowledge and practical skills in radiographic techniques, image analysis, and radiation safety. The course covers diagnostic procedures such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, and ultrasound, and trains students to handle sophisticated imaging equipment. Graduates work alongside radiologists and other medical professionals to assist in accurate diagnosis and patient care.

  • PUC qualified candidates: 2 years + 3 months internship
  • SSLC qualified candidates: 3 years + 3 months internship

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate should have affiliated a minimum age of 15 years as on 31st December prior to the year of admission. The upper age limit is 35 years.
  • Candidates who have completed Pre-University (10+2) examination with Science subjects - PCB, PCMB, CBZ as the major subjects will be admitted to 2nd year diploma course.
  • The candidates who have completed SSLC or equivalent examination will be admitted to 1st year diploma course.
  • Eligibility for admission is as per Para Medical Board (GOK) norms as amended from time to time.
